Besonders danken wir der Hausarztpraxis Dr. Fritze für die jahrelange und vertrauensvolle Begleitung und Unterstützung, sowie dem Pflegepersonal des ambulanten Pflegedienstes Vali, das uns in dieser schwierigen Zeit mit grosser Fürsorge zur Seite stand.
