Liebe Karin Siegel mit Kindern und Familien, mit großer Bestürzung habe ich vom Tod von Augustin erfahren. Zur Erinnerung: Mein Name ist Rudolf ( Rudi) Kiefer und ich war in den Jahren von 1977- 1979 als Diplomand in der Abteilung Arnulf Schulz tätig und somit ein Arbeitskollege von Augustin der als Doktorand tätig war. In dieser Zeit habe ich Augustin als überaus hilfsbereiten, offenen und zuverlässigen Kollegen kennengelernt. Wir hatten auch private Kontakte. Später haben wir (meine Frau Annerose und ich) Euch im Saarland besucht. Daran erinnern wir uns noch gerne. Außerdem sind wir höchstwahrscheinlich über frühere Generation verwandt, weil meine Mutter Agnes Kiefer geb. Siegel auch aus Reute stammte. In diesen, für dich schweren Tagen sprechen wir Dir (Euch) unser herzliches Mitgefühl aus und grüßen Dich ganz herzlich Rudi & Annerose Kiefer
