Danke Dir Herr, das ich Erich kennen lernen durfte. Erich war mein Religionslehrer. Er war für mich ein guter wegbegleiter, in meinen Sorgen als körperbehinderter Menschen. Man konnte sich mit ihm sehr gut über Glaubensfragen unterhaltet, auf Augenhöhe. Du hast mir immer wieder gezeigt, dass ich als Mensch, mit einer Behinderung auch dazu gehöre. Dank, Dir lieber Erich, für all Deine Geduld mit mir. Herr, gib ihm die ewige Ruhe. Das ewige Licht leuchte Dir.
