Es ist immer noch was besonderes wenn sich Kreativität, Kompetenz und Menschlichkeit vereinen - Prof. Hausmann hatte das alles - eine Lichtgestalt und liebenswert noch dazu. Schön, dass er uns so lange begleitet hat.

Seine Vorlesungen im Biologischen Institut der Universität Freiburg, im stets vollbesetzten Hörsaal, waren einzigartig - bis heute klingt mir seine sonore Stimme mit diesem schweren, unverwechselbaren Akzent im Ohr. Buen Viaje Rudolfo!

Rudolf war ein wunderbarer Großonkel, der in Brasilien und Deutschland und überall, wo er hinkam, sehr vermisst werden wird. Ich möchte meine Umarmungen an alle Hausmanns und Klingeles senden. Auch sagen, dass Sie immer in unseren Gedanken und Gebeten sind. Wenn ich an Onkel Rudolf denke, fällt mir dieses Lied ein: E Bem que viu o bem-te-vi. O sabiá sabia já. A lua só olhou pro sol.
