Wie in vielen Unternehmen üblich folgt die nächste Generation den Zwängen oder bestenfalls den Wünschen der Familie. Im Fall Moosbrugger war Michael der Kandidat für die „Post“, was Bruder Florian gern akzeptierte. Gleichzeitig freute er sich aber auch darüber, dass er nun ohne Hindernisse Chef der „Post“ werden konnte. Der plötzliche Tod des Vaters hatte die Familie noch enger verbunden. Dieser gehörte damals schon zum engeren Netzwerk von Michael und er war es auch, der Michael mit einem Objekt in Verbindung brachte, dass sein Leben ausfüllen würde. Wer die Branche kennt und die Übernahme eines elterlichen Betriebes, egal in welcher Branche, mal vollzogen hat, kann dem nachfühlen. diese sind vielfältig auf der Karte der „Post“ zu finden.
