<p>Death is the golden key<br />that opens the palace of eternity.<br />John Milton</p><p>We are so saddened by the death<br />of a pillar of our church community<br />and a dear friend</p><p>Sheila Scheer-Cockbaine<br />The Anglican Church in Freiburg</p> <p>Wir trauern um unser langjähriges Vorstandsmitglied</p><p>Sheila Scheer-Cockbaine<br />Seit vielen Jahrzehnten hat sie mit Sachverstand, Fairness,<br />Großzügigkeit und Freundlichkeit die Arbeit unseres<br />­Hauses begleitet und mitbestimmt.<br />Gemeinsam mit ihrem Mann Heinz Scheer, der bis zu<br />seinem tragischen Unfalltod Programmdirektor des CarlSchurz-Hauses war, hat sie sich um die deutsch-amerika­<br />nischen Beziehungen in Freiburg verdient gemacht.<br />Wir werden ihr Andenken in Dankbarkeit bewahren – ihre<br />warmherzige und humorvolle Art wird uns fehlen.<br />Der Vorstand und das Team des Carl-Schurz-Hauses</p> <p>Die SPD Dreisamtal trauert um</p><p>Sheila Scheer-Cockbaine<br />Sheila Scheer-Cockbaine war seit über 25 Jahren<br />Mitglied in der SPD.
